OH "NGO Curb Law"!
'Law curbs NGOs' OR 'NGOs curb law'?
It really sounds like a real tug-of-war,
What's the 'good' purpose o' the government?
Just to curb NGOs with each content.
People in power should be rather smart,
Or just a bit smarter from their own part.
Oh, let go of -- you, people in power --
Of the NGOs as they are partners.
To build a strong civil society.
As peers of a robust democracy.
The government's cLaws are nothing to note,
But a real sword at the NGOs' throat.
